The office brings a sense of security so that the clients can place their trust here
VietCapital is a 100% domestic-owned fund management company, having a chartered capital of more than VND1,000 billion. The one thing that makes VietCapital stand apart from other fund management companies is that its staff consists of young people, those belonging to the so-called 7X generation (born in the 1970s) and younger. The company was founded by 5 shareholders who are professional financiers; 4 of them are involved in the day-to-day operations. The chairman of the board is a young girl born in 1980; the vice-chairman, also the oldest, was born in 1969; the general director was born in 1975 and the financial director was born in 1976. VietCapital staff of more than 30 people are younger than 30.
Luxury, simplicity, and relaxing are the requirements that the management of VietCapital presented to TTT Design and Construction Corporation. TTT’s designers provided optimal solutions for the “cold financial” space, bringing out its youthful dynamism. VietCapital also wanted to highlight its business principles of transparency, truthfulness and equality. That’s why clients stepping inside VietCapital office will feel these characteristics permeating from even the smallest details and an open setting, without closed doors to hide any secrets.

The Chairwoman’s office is decorated in a feminine way
The office of the vice-chairman of the board is subtly decorated, strictly adhering to Feng Shui principles. According to him, observing Feng Shui guidelines brings him peace of mind. It is considered taboo to use an open office space for a financial management company: so to avoid the feeling of money flowing out, the entire office is “protected” with wooden bookcases which are both convenient and ornamental.
To create a common space for young people to understand one another, exchange moments of joy and sadness, drink a cup of coffee, and eat a bowl of instant noodle, a “counter for relax” is placed right in the middle of the company hall with a large refrigerator full of cakes, candies and fruits. It makes a circle with the reception and is part of the plan to save space. Occupying just several hundred square meters, the office has ample space for executives’ offices, two board rooms, one large, one small, a relaxing room, and a reception area.

The reception area with not much space
Soft sofas with horizontal stripes make the office more “luxurious”. For smaller rooms, leather chairs are used. White lights bring a feeling of high concentration as people here work mostly with numbers. One of the designers said it was comfortable working with VietCapital as their requirements presented challenges and aroused their creativeness. “All you have to do is to stick to the requirements, the rest depends on your creativeness,” they said. The solution that the designers came up with is a new image, different from all other offices.

Modern and convenient design
- As a financial management and investment company, VietCapital wants its office to be luxurious and spacious, creating a sense of security for clients that they trust the right place. That is why the designers used wood and glass and marble to create a luxurious office – modern yet cozy and friendly.
- A middle-sized reception area was designed with simple lines. Using mostly curtains, modern materials and employing light effects, the designers turned it into an attractive, sparkling setting that is full of feelings.
- Every piece of furniture in the office seems pleasing to the eye thanks to the combination of two types of MFC having two contrasting colors. Desk clusters embracing the curves of the office make the office more lively and full of vitality… The board room is designed so as to make it modern and luxurious yet retain its coziness thanks to decorative veneer layers on the walls.
