Stepping into the working area of TTT, Mr. Trung advertised: “We chose a hi-tech style, using lots of woods and metallic materials combining with an exposing design: ultilizing cement columns, opening-ceiling. This building is almost a century old. When we first rented this location in 1996, everything went down drastically. Old building, there wasn’t a concrete floor and spaces were divided by these cement columns. In order to turn this office into an open space like it is today, we have decided to tear down the concrete walls and have enforced the cement columns with metals. During the time of construction, we have discovered the old yet beautiful bricks behind these walls. We all have made a decision to keep these bricks walls and have it as our main interior style.”

When we first moved to this location there were only about 50 staff members. The building has been divided into 2 sections. The bottom floor is a showroom for furniture and the top floor is the working area. The company grew and the working staff increases, and eventually has taken over the showroom until there was no showroom left. But at the same time, the company has become a “live-showroom”, meaning when clients visit TTT, they can see the staff working under this interior style. The working area has been increase but still carries an open atmosphere. The ground floor of the building has a height of 4 meters. In order to have an off-set floor within the ground floor, we have lowered the ceiling by half a meter. By doing this the interior looks more complete. From sitting position of the top or bottom floor, the both contain different viewing angles, livelier, unique in an open space.

We can say what’s great about this company is the elegancy of the working area. TTT has different departments but the one that’s easiest to recognize is the working area of these architects. Each of these architects’ working area has its own individuality. They do not wear uniform, no similar colors, no similar style of chairs and tables. “Uniform kills creativity” said Mr. Trung. TTT does have uniform but only to tell the difference between us and the other companies.

Although the most important part of TTT atmosphere is not just the details of the interior but also the spirit of these individuals. The connection of each person in this working force and people after helps create a young atmosphere. TTT has been known for “Work till complete, play to the max”. Everyone not only work in harmony but also in times of events, festivals, picnics. It’s because of this harmony; love for one another in TTT has giving the place a warm feeling. It always seems extremely busy within these members but it’s this busy commotion combining with the love of each other to head toward a common goal.
