In the current business environment, as science and technology develop and products have good quality, what differentiates this enterprise from others is our corporate culture. For the past 16 years, TTT has concentrated deeply and given constant attention to creating the best place to work and to do business.

Our commitment is expressed through every product, every person, and both in work and in play. At TTT, our motto is, “Work wholeheartedly, and play wholeheartedly!” The commitment of the board of directors is to encourage creativity in all activities without any limitation.

TTT “plays” in a very big way. It is the organization that first proposed and designed the return of the Nguyen Hue Boulevard New Year’s flower festival to the people. We cooperated with the Buddhist priest, Thich Nhat Hanh, to organize the program “Breath and Smile”. We created the “Net Ve Xanh” program so that the children of Sai Gon would have a chance to play creative games. In addition to big games, there are a great many small games, played right during working hours so that everyone works and plays more effectively.

Every enterprise is interested in building corporate culture, but the people who ours are the employees. Our slogan is, “TTT employees are TTT culture”, meaning that the employees create the culture and the board of directors just makes the directions and find ways to support development.
